I love this great America,
this land above all lands.
I treasure all her goodness,
seen in men's extended hands
to ease another's sorrow
and help them in their need.
So many good and gentle folk
have blessed this land in deed.
I love this great America.
Her beauty fills my soul
with gratitude and peace toward God,
always is my goal.
Her mountain streams are pure,
her valleys rich and wide,
filled with cattle, wheat, and corn
for those who here abide.
I love this great America,
this home of free and brave,
where men can choose what they'll be
from birth to destined grave;
where rich and poor alike have rights
to change or stay the same.
Here is the place I want to be
'neath freedom's holy flame.
