Streusel Pie Topping

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup butter

3/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cream of tatter

Mix all ingredients until small and crumbly. Use as topping for dutch apple pie or other fruit pies. Also good on danish style pastry.

Sprinkle the topping on the pie or pastry and then bake by the directions for that recipe.
