light corn syrup
1/4 cup
water
1/4 tsp
salt
4 egg
whites
1/8 tsp
cream of tarter
1/2 tsp
vanilla
Combine sugar, corn syrup, water and salt in saucepan. Cover. Bring to a boil. Boil to 242◦ uncovered. While syrup is boiling, beat egg whites to stiff peaks with cream of tarter in a large bowl. When
syrup is finished, pour it into egg whites while beating at high speed. Beat in the vanilla. When frosting begins to lose
its gloss, quickly spread it on cake
