3/4 cup
milk
1/4 cup
milk powder
2/3 cup
sugar
1 well
beaten egg
1 tsp
vanilla
1 1/3
cup coconut
1/2 cup
chopped pecan Or other nuts.
Mix first
4 ingredients with a dash of salt. Cook over medium heat until mixture becomes thick and bubbly. About 12 minutes. Cool slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Cool. Use to frost top and between 2 layers of the cake. Do not use on the
sides of the cake.
