Pineapple Fruit Whip

 

1 -  20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained

(Reserve syrup)

2 tbsp cornstarch

½ tsp ground ginger

1 small cool whip

½ cup chopped dates

½ cup flaked coconut

1 medium apple peeled and cut into small pieces

2 bananas cut in slices

 

Heat ¾ cup of pineapple syrup, cornstarch, and ginger to thicken. Cool. Fold syrup, cool whip and fruit together. Chill at least one hour before serving.
