Potato Salad

6 medium potatoes boiled, peeled and diced

6 eggs boiled, peeled, and chopped

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 tbsp celery, chopped

1 to 1/2 cups best foods mayonnaise

1/4 cup of chopped dill pickle or 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish whichever you prefer.

salt

pepper

1/4 tsp dry mustard powder

Dash of garlic powder

 

Make a dressing out of all ingredients except potatoes and eggs, blending thoroughly. Add eggs and potatoes and mix gently to avoid breaking them up too much. Chill for about an hour and then serve.
