4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
1 can minced clams, with juice
1/8 cup flour
1 cup milk powder
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 tbsp dry parsley
1/4 cup butter
Boil potatoes and onion in enough water to cover. Add remaining ingredients with a little more water
if necessary. Heat to thicken. Serve hot.
