· 3/4 cup butter, softened
· 1 cup brown sugar
· 1 ½ cups Splenda
· 3 eggs
· 4 cups Homemade Baking Mix
· 1/2 cup chopped nuts
· 1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat
oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs until well mixed; stir in baking mix, and all dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon 2" apart on ungreased cookie
sheet.
Bake
about 12-15 minutes until light brown. Remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 4 dozen
