- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Splenda
- 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups Splenda
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups Homemade Baking Mix
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs until well mixed; stir in baking mix, and all dry ingredients. This should be a stiff dough. Put into 9 x 13 greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 20
to 25 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Serve without toppings
or frosting.
For chocolate
topping:
· 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or broken pieces of Hersheys sugar free dark chocolate for topping
· ½ cup finely chopped nuts
After
removing from oven spread semi-sweet chocolate on top and let melt. Spread over
top of brownies. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts evenly over top of melted chocolate.
