2 cups Homemade Baking Mix

2 Tbsp Splenda

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons olive oil blend
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Blend Baking Mix and water in a medium bowl until all dry ingredients are moistened. Knead gently on a floured
board for about 10 turns, then pat or roll out 1/2" thick. Cut out sweet biscuits in rounds or use a shaped cutter and place
on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
