3/4 cup soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Splenda
3 eggs
4 cups baking mix (MYOM)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups (12 oz package) semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325'.
Cream together butter, brown sugar, Splenda, and eggs until well mixed in one bowl. In another bowl stir together
baking mix, nuts, and chocolate chips. Mix moist and dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful 2" apart on cookie sheets.
Bake 12-15 minutes until light brown. Cool.
Eat or store in cookie jar. Makes 4 dozen.
