1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp milk
1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix wet ingredients together until creamy. Mix all dry ingredients until well blended and then fold into the pumpkin
mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375' for 15 minutes.
Serve plain or drizzle with vanilla icing.
