¾ Cup
White Flour
¾ Cup Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
1
Cup Dark Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Butter, Room Temp
¾ Cup Jam
Sift together
dry ingredients then stir in oats.
Cut in butter with pastry cutter until crumbly.
Press 2/3 of the crumbs into the
bottom of a
13 x 9 x 2” pan. Spread the jam on the base.
Sprinkle
the remainder of the crumbs on top.
Bake at 375’ for about 35 minutes. Cool
and cut
into pieces. Makes about 2 ½ dozen cookies.
