2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup eggnog
1 tbsp corn syrup
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Butter sides of heavy 2 qt
saucepan
Combine cook over med heat
stirring constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cook to softball stage (238◦) Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm by setting
pan in cold water in sink. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until thick and dull. Add nuts. Turn into 8x8 buttered pan. Cool and cut in squares to serve.
