2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp corn syrup
3 oz of cocoa
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup nuts
Butter a 4 qt saucepan. Add
1st 4 ingredients and boil over medium heat to soft ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add butter. When luke warm,
add vanilla and nuts. Beat with mixer until thick. Pour into buttered pan and let cool.
