Glazed Strawberry Pie

2 baskets strawberries washed & stemmed

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

9” baked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Whipped Cream

Mix 1 basket of berries with other ingredients.  Save the other basket. Crush the berries. Bring  the mixture to a boil. Add the remaining berries.  Pour into pie shell. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
