Pecan Pie
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/3 cup pecans
1 9” pie crust
Beat eggs, stir in sugar,
syrup and butter. Add pecans. Stir to coat. Bake in 9” pie shell 375◦
for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting to serve.
