1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
5 cups peeled, sliced fruit
1 double crust pie shell
Simmer all the ingredients except the fruit and crust. Arrange sliced fruit in pie crust.
Pour sauce over slices. Put on top crust. Brush top crust lightly with beaten egg white. Optional: Sprinkle granulated
sugar on top of egg white.
