Eggnog Pie
1 baked 9” pie shell
2 1/2 cups eggnog
2 small vanilla pudding mixes,
cook type
dash nutmeg
1 tsp rum extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup toasted coconut (optional)
Combine eggnog, pudding mix,
nutmeg. Boil to thicken. Stir in rum extract. Cool. Add sour cream. Spoon into pie shell and garnish with coconut if desired.
