5-6 green bell peppers
8oz can diced green chiles
2 onions, chopped
1 lg can V8
3-4 jalapenos
3-4 garlic cloves
2 small cans El Pato sauce (yellow label)
salt and pepper to taste

Put the liquid stuff in a pot on medium-high heat and then add the other stuff as it gets chopped. Cook it until the veggies are done. You can also put in other peppers and fresh tomatoes to make it more exciting.
