2 tbsp olive oil

1 can tomato paste

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp chili powder

2 cups water

dash of garlic powder

1/2 tsp oregano

Mix all ingredients and use as you would canned commercial enchilada sauce.
