3 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cup chedder cheese
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
Toss rice with cheese. Bake at 350' for 10-15 minutes. Melt butter. Stir in curry and mix with bead
crumbs. Brown lightly. Remove rice from oven and top with crumbs.
