Sticky Rice
2 cups cooked sticky type rice (regular rice if you can find it)
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
1/2 t salt
Cool rice. In pan combine coconut milk, sugar and salt. heat until sugar dissolves. Add to rice and
fold in until blended. Cover and let stand 20-30 minutes until milk is absorbed. This is a traditional polynesian
dish.
