Twice Baked Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
paprika
 
Bake potatoes about 1 hour or until tender at 375'.  Cut lengthwise.  Scoop out the potatoes leaving thin shells.  Beat the scooped out portion with the other ingredients except  for the paprika until smooth and fluffy.  Place shells on greased cookie sheet.  Spoon the mixture into the potato shells.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake about 20 minutes or until filling is hot.
