2 tbsp oil
1 cup rice
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup green peppers diced
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 small can tomato sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 chicken boullion cube
1 1/2 cup hot water
Fry rice in oil. When rice starts to brown add onion, garlic, and green peppers. Fry until the rice is a
nice golden brown. Add water, tomato sauce, salt and 1 chicken boullion cube. Cook on high heat with a lid until
water starts to boil then reduce to low heat. Drop 4 cubes of ice in water. This will cause the rice to be fluffy.
Don't stir the rice again or it will become mushy. Rice will be done in 20 minutes from the time the rice starts to
boil.
