A Pensylvania Dutch Favorite
2 stalk celery, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 cup dried bread cubes
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp pepper
salt to taste
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp chicken boullion
11/2 cup potato flakes
1 2/3 cup hot water
Saute the vegetables in butter until well done. Mix with remaining ingredients. Heat in microwave
about 2 or 3 minutes until hot. Serve as you would mashed potatoes. This makes 4 to 6 servings. It freezes
well for use later.
