1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
2 chopped onions
1 tbsp butter
2/3 cup water
1 can chicken broth
1 clove minced garlic
1/3 cup rice
1/2 cup diced peppers
1 tsp each salt, sage, and parsley
Fry vegetables in butter until tender. Add rice, salt, water and chicken stock. Simmer until rice is done.
Sprinkle sage and parsley on top to serve.
