Mix boiling water and cocoa. Mix all other dry ingredients except
sugar. Cream eggs, vanilla and sugar. Mix in the milk. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 greased, floured
pan. Bake at 350◦
for 30 minutes.
