Impossible Creme Brulee
¾ cup
sugar
1¾ cup
milk
4 eggs
¼ cup
margarine
½ cup
flour
Put in
blender on high for 10 seconds. Pour into a 9” buttered glass pie plate. Bake at 350◦ for 45 minutes or until a knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Sprinkle 1/4 cup light
brown sugar all over the top. Put back in overn for 5 mm. Remove and cool completely. This gives you the taste of the original
creme brulee without all the work.
