Larry’s Boiled Ice Cream

1 ½ cups sugar

4 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp salt

4 cups milk

4 beaten eggs

4 cups heavy whipping cream

3 tbsp vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, salt, milk and eggs. Heat until thickened. Cool. Add cream and vanilla.  Freeze in Ice cream freezer according to manufacturer’s instructions,

For flavors, add 2 tsp any Watkins flavor extracts to replace 2 tsp of the vanilla.
