1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups whipping cream
1 tbsp Knox gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 1/2  tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups sour cream
2 cups fresh berries
 
Dissolve over medium heat 1 1/2 cups sugar and 3 cups whipping cream. Stir 1 T Knox gelatin and 1 cup cold water together until gelatin dissolves. Cool cream/sugar mixture to lukewarm, then stir in gelatin mixture. Add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 1/4 cups sour cream. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill until set. Serve with fresh berries.
