3 cups vinegar
about 40 medium tomatoes
chopped
8 green peppers diced
1/8 cup hot chilie finely
diced
1/8 cup salt
4 tbsp sugar
1/8 cup garlic finely diced
2 large onions chopped
¼ cup cornmeal or grits,
uncooked
Mix all ingredients. Bring
to a boil. Put in pint jars and process at 15 lbs pressure for 30 minutes.
