Pineapple Jam for Tommy

 

 

5 cups crushed pineapple

8 ½ cups sugar

½ cup lemon juice

1 pkg lemon or pineapple jello

1 box mcp pectin

 

Bring to a hard rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes. Put in sterile jars and process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes
