Gaye Griffith's Rhubarb Jam

4 cups finely chopped rhubarb

4 cups sugar

 

Mix and let stand overnight in covered container.

 

Add:

 

2 cups crushed pineapple

1 pkg mcp pectin

 

Boil 20 minutes.

 

Add:

1 pkg strawberry jello.

 

Stir well. Put in jars and process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
