8 qts vegetables (cucumbers,
summer squash, green tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, etc.)
8 cups vinegar
1 ½ tsp celery seed
2 tsp cinnamon
6 cups sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground mustard
1 ½ tsp turmeric
2 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
Coarse grind all vegetables.
Mix with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Fill sterile jars. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
