different for breakfast. Val learned this in Home Ec class and made it for us at home. I loved it and kept the recipe. I make
it sometimes and think of her.
½ cup
flour
3 eggs,
beaten
¼ cup
milk
3 tbsp
butter
¼ tsp
salt
Combine
flour, eggs, milk, and salt in blender til foamy. Melt butter in 8 x 8 pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 450◦ 20-30
minutes. This will puff up. Serve immediately with warm maple syrup or fruit syrup.
