2 cups
of complete pancake mix
1½ cups
water
1 egg
1 tsp
bacon grease
1 tbsp
sugar
Mix all
ingredients. Cook on hot, oiled pancake griddle making about 3” diameter pancakes.
Grandma always made a “tester”. She dropped a tsp of batter on the griddle to be sure it was hot enough.
I was right there to get to eat it!
