1 cup flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

¼ cup sugar

4 tsp baking powder

¾ tsp salt

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup milk

¼ cup olive oil

 

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 8x8 greased,

floured pan at 350◦ for 30-35 mm. Serve like corn bread.  Good with beans or stew.
