1 cup flour

1 cup cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar

4 tsp baking powder

¾ tsp salt

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup milk

¼ cup olive oil

 

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 8 x 8 greased, floured pan at 350◦ for about 25-30 minutes. Cool about 5 minutes before cutting.
