These are good to freeze and use as needed.

 

4 cups self rising flour

1/2 cup butter

11/2 cups buttermilk

 

Make dough.  Roll out and cut biscuits.  Place on a cookie sheet and freeze until frozen hard.  Put in zipper bag.

 

Bake as normal until golden brown.
