Eggcakes
These cakes are wonderful for breakfast.  They are very rich and tasty.
 
2 cups Krusteaz or other complete pancake mix
1 tbsp Splenda
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
 
Mix eggs and milk.  Stir into pancake mix.  Fry on hot oiled griddle until light golden brown on both sides.  Serve with butter and syrup.
