wheat germ or cracked wheat

Mix 3
minute by mixer or by hand. Add water. Mix 2 more minutes. Dough will be sticky. Let rise covered 1 hour. Stir down dough
with wooden spoon. Place in greased bread pan, pushing dough into corners. Cover and let rise to top of pan, about 45 minutes.
Bake at 375◦ for 45 minutes. Lay piece of foil over top of pan and bake 10 minutes more. Remove from pan and cool on
rack right side up. Makes one loaf.
