1 egg,
beaten

orange juice

butter, melted

fresh or frozen cranberries cut in half
½ cup
chopped walnuts
Mix all
ingredients. Bake in greased, papered 5 x 9 loaf pan at 350◦ for about 45 minutes. Let cool about 5 minutes. Remove
from pan and cool completely before serving.
