Pepper Steak
1 ½ lbs beef round steak
cut in to strips or
chunks
¼ cup flour
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
¼ cup hot olive oil
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 ¾ cup water
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp beef bullion
1 ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
2 large bell peppers cut
into strips
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Coat meat and brown it in the oil. Add the rest of the ingredients except the bell pepper. Simmer for 1 hour. Add the bell
peppers and cook 5 minutes more. Serve over hot rice.
