1 cup fresh mint leaves,
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2
cup olive oil
lime
juice and salt to taste
Mix in blender, adding oil gradually until texture looks right. Add a little lime juice and salt to taste. WONDERFUL
on scrambled eggs.

often found growing along streambanks.
