Russian Stroganoff
2 tbsp flour
¾ tsp salt
1 ½ lb stew meat
1 med onion
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp shortening
¾ cup water
½ cup tomato sauce
1- 4 oz can mushrooms
1 tbsp beef bullion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot pepper sauce
½ cup sour cream
Mix flour and salt and coat
the stew meat. Brown with onion and garlic. Add other ingredients except for the cream. Simmer for 1 hour. Add sour cream.
Serve over hot cooked noodles.
