Enchilada Pie

2 lbs ground beef

2-10 oz cans enchilada sauce

1 lb cheddar cheese, grated

2 chopped onions

1 clove garlic, minced

1 dozen corn tortillas

1 can black olives drained

Heat sauce in fry pan. Brown beef, onions, and garlic. Butter a casserole dish. Dip tortillas in warm enchilada sauce. Layer tortillas, beef, olives, and most of the cheese until all ingredients are used. Pour remaining sauce over top and cover with grated cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
