Deviled Bones
3/4 cup catsup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Dijon
style mustard
hot pepper sauce to taste
2 lbs meaty ribs or boneless
ribs
Pre-cook the ribs. In skillet
combine 1st 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add the meat and simmer covered 20-30 minutes. Keep moist by adding a little water
if necessary.
