Fry Pan Pizza

Crust:
½ tsp dry yeast
½ cup warm water
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1¼ cup flour
½ tsp salt
dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add the
remaining ingredients. Knead
and let stand
covered until double in a
greased bowl. (About 40 minutes).
Sauce:
1 cup tomato sauce
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp salt
½ lb grated cheese
choice of pizza type meat
Grease the bottom of a large
frying pan. Shape the crust in the bottom of the frypan. Spread on the sauce and then the cheese. Arrange the meat. Bake at
350◦
for 15 to 20 minutes until done.
