Yankee Hash or Red Flannel Hash
6 diced peeled potatoes
1 can corned beef, chopped
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion sliced thinly
Brown potatoes and onion
in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Heat well and serve. For Red Flannel Hash add 1 can diced beets, drained.
